1. Original Admit Card for Secondary or Equivalent Examination for verification of Age Proof.

2. Passport / Stamp Size Colour Photographs – 2 (Two).

3. Orginal Mark sheet of 10+2 / or Equivalent Examination-2015.

4. Original OBC-A / OBC-B.certificate in the name of the candidate to be produced at the time of Form Verification/Submission, if applicable.

5. Original SC/ST certificate in the name of the candidate for this Reserve Category, if applicable, from Competent Authority at the time of form verification/Submission, otherwise the Application Form will be rejected.

6. Attested copies of (1), (3), (4) & (5).

1. The applicants are advised to read the Admission Notification carefully and satisfy themselves that they are eligible for admission to the Courses for which they have applied.

2. If the College Admission sub-committee finds at any stage that the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criterion or that the information given by the candidate is incorrect or suppressed, the admission will be cancelled for which the College will not be liable to furnish any reason.

3. If the students take admission inadvertently, their admission will be cancelled subsequently and fees paid will not be refunded.

4. All admission will be treated as provisional subject to the Registration or Approval of the University of Calcutta.

5. Regarding all admissions, the decision of the College Authority will be final and no further queries will be entertained after the Admission process in closed.

6. Bonafide SC/ST and OBC-A / OBC-B will be considered for admission under Reserve Category as per Rules.

7. Submission of Application Form for admission does not imply any right to admission in the course applied for.

8. Admission Notice is available in the College Website : www.agcbosecollege.org.

Online Forms will be issued from 1st June 2015 - 23rd June 2015 for B.Com. (Hons. & General), B.A. (Hons.) in Bengali, B.A. (Hons.) in English & B.A. (General) for General, OBC-A, OBC-B & SC/ST categories.

1st Provisional Merit List will be published on 26th June 2015 at 2:00 P.M.

Date of Documents verification & Admission 30th June, 1st & 2nd July, 2015 from 11:00 A.M.

1st Year Classes shall commence on and from last Week of July, 2015.

Online Application Forms are available in the following Courses : B.Com. (Hons. & General), B.A. (Hons.) in Bengali, B.A. (Hons.) in English and B.A (General). After Submitting the Online Form in any stream, the candidates are asked to follow the following instructions :

1. An application fee of Rs. 100/- is to be deposited at any branches of "Bank of Baroda" in West Bengal within 2 days from the date of Online Form Submission failing which the Form will not be accepted. The Online Form will be accepted and registered by the College only after the College receives the original Bank Receipt regarding the payment made by the candidate.

2. After submission of Form the candidate must take a printout the Application Form(2 pages)alongwith the Bank Receipt 1(One page) : Total 3 (Three) pages.

3. Out of this 4 (four) parts of Bank Receipt, two will be kept by the Bank and the Candidate will keep other two counterparts duly sealed & signed by the Bank Authority.

4. At the time of Form verification, if his/her name appear in the provisional Merit List,the printout of the application form alongwith the Bank payment Receipt must be produced at the time of admission.

5. Form Submission On-line : From 1st - 23rd June 2015.

6. If you already registered, you can check the form status following the link, Application Form Status and enter the Form Id to the specific field and click on submit button.

7. Date of publication of Provisional Merit List on the website as well as in College Notice Board, 26.06.2015 at 2:00 P.M.

8. Date of Documents Verification & Admission : 30th June, 1st and 2nd July 2015.

9. DO NOT try to submitt the form 2nd times, if you already registered your Form in the same Course/stream and category.
